APPLE CIDER SANGRIA — A SOUTHERN TWIST
A necessary yet Southern twist, as sometimes the Southern winter is often near 80° F.
Preparation: 15 minutes
Serves: 4- 6 people

Ingredients:
1 bottle Pinot Grigio
2 cups unfiltered 100% apple juice
1 cup club soda
1⁄2 cup ginger brandy
3 sliced Gala apples
3 sliced Bosc pears

Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve.
*Choosing regular brandy over ginger brandy loses some of the seasonal flavor. You may opt for ginger ale or ginger beer instead of club soda to maintain spice. For more fruit flavor, use pear brandy.
