Gather:

Two pomegranate tea bags
Small handful of fresh blueberries, and the juice of 1/4 of a pomegranate.
Splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Tablespoon of honey
Small handful of baby spinach
Mint garnish (optional)
One-fourth cup of water 

Make:

Double brew pomegranate tea
Refrigerate tea for 2 hours
Blend remaining ingredients in small blender
Refrigerate blueberry mixture
Once tea has cooled, mix blueberry mixture with pomegranate tea
Serve over ice
Garnish with mint (if desired)
